Welcome to Cork and Cured. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including mobile bartending, charcuterie catering, consultations, and our website ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Cork and Cured provides mobile bartending, bar consulting, and charcuterie services for weddings, private events, corporate functions, and other occasions. Service availability is subject to date, location, and capacity.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your event date. The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date before the event. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods .Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 15–29 days may be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.), refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the event location allows third-party catering and bartending services. If alcohol is provided, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits or event insurance. Cork and Cured reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or in unsafe environments. You must notify us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special accommodations in advance.

5. Liability

Cork and Cured is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from food or beverage consumption, unless due to proven negligence. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at your event. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cork and Cured and its team from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse or unauthorized use of our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials—including logos, menus, photos, and designs—are the property of Cork and Cured and may not be used without written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or submit false inquiries or information. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any part of the website or Services at our discretion.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the new effective date.

9. Governing Law
